Let’s Talk About Your Event.

Thank you for checking out Strong City Events. We are a small business whose goal is to provide simple, affordable wedding & event rentals to the Tom’s River / Ocean County area. We realize not everyone has experience planning events or weddings, so here are some considerations to help you get started.

Date & Location. When and where is your event? More specifically, where on the property do you need your rental items located once at the general location? The more details that are shared in advance, the smoother things go the day of - allowing you to enjoy the festivities!

Timing Requirements. Does your venue requires same-day setup and removal (many do). If you’re having an event in a public space (lake, park, etc), you can’t leave the equipment unattended overnight, so same-day setup and removal is required. If you’re getting married at a venue, is the ceremony in the same space as the reception? If so, the room has to be turned over, and we need to know exactly when that will happen.

What is the rain contingency plan? You need a plan in place for bad weather. If rain is expected, are you moving the event indoors? Where? Would you still need all of your rental items if plans change?

Anything else for your event? A florist recommendation? A DJ? Anything else we can help with?
